Located on a green entrenched rooftop in Sydney is Babylon Rooftop, a sprawling restaurant and bar reminiscent of the ancient region of Levant.
Babylon has been built upon the greatest expression of Middle Eastern hospitality, food. The kitchen is led by Arman Uz who has created a menu rich with dishes inspired by childhood memories growing up in Turkey and traditional Levantine food.|
