Designed as if it was once an eccentric botanist’s conservatory, the Rooftop houses four indoor and outdoor bars each with its own exotic flair. Choose to bask amongst overflowing greenery or dine on the eastern Mediterranean-style menu designed by executive chef Jordan Toft, surrounded by Moroccan tiles.
