An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join our growing team based in Circular Quay (moving to St Leonards in a few months). We love what we do and we are passionate about it, no two days are the same and a sense of humor is a must in our close, tight-knit office. This is a full-time role, however, working hours may be flexible for the right person.
The role is busy and varied and you will work as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and assist with overflow from Reception, providing a professional, warm and passionate impression.

As a Certified System Integrator of Philips Dynalite and preferred Automation Specialist, our services include but are not limited to; commercial office buildings, hotels, high-end retail, restaurants, universities, luxury apartment developments, and beyond.
Along with being the leader in an innovative industry we also hold training workshops across Australia throughout the year for Dynalite commissioning to meet the demands of this rapidly growing industry and a dedicated R&D and Tech Support team at our Head Office Sydney.
Meeting arrangements; Diary management; Email management; Extensive Travel arrangements; Phone management; Preparing and compiling correspondence; Developing reports and presentations. Other duties as required to support the MD.
Skills and Experience
As we are currently experiencing a strong growth phase, you must be able to adapt and work in a changing environment, possess a high level of professionalism, have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
In addition, you will have a proactive and confident approach to your work and be highly organised with the ability to multi-task. Above all, you must be passionate, energetic, reliable and like to work in a team environment.
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of two years experience in a fast-paced office environment as a PA, be fluent in G-Suite, and Microsoft office, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Experience in the Automation and lighting industry is ideal, however not essential.
